Cancellation Policy
At Soul & Strand, your time and flexibility are important to us. We understand that life can be unpredictable, so there are no fees associated with cancellations atleast 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another guest. All cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee, and all no shows will result in a fee in the amount of $50 or 50% of your total service, whichever is more. Saturday appointments are HIGHLY requested, and require a 48 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling. Open communication helps us provide the best experience for everyone. We appreciate your consideration and look forward to welcoming you at your next visit.
